I am in a dark and terrible place...
I cannot break free of the melancholy
feeling that grips me.

I need you, but I cannot find you..
I need you, the one who can make
my life my world, bearable again.

For now it is unbearable without you.

I need your words, I need your heart,
I ask for your words, your ideas, thoughts,
what exists in your mind.

Speak to me, please talk with me
tell me of your hopes and dreams...
I need to know you are real,
that you do exist.

I need to know that I am not alone.
